Provocira te da bi slao jos slika koje bi ti brisali, a mozda i da popravi imidz, veruj mi da slika grba moze biti zasticena autorskim pravima.

- Nikad nisam čuo da je netko tko je izrađivao zastave i zastavice nekome plačao autorska prava na njih. A i ti Nikola, nebi trebao biti tako nepovjerljiv prema ljudima druge nacije. You might want to watch the personal attacks on the above page. Remember, there's still a case before the Arbitration Committee in response to such behaviour, and I don't think it's too late to add further attacks in as evidence. Ambi 09:05, 1 Sep 2004 (UTC)
- Ambi, have you read my user page (the new version as of tonight)? It it details a lot of what Avala alleges. Snowspinner did include in his evidence such things as Avala's votes and Feature Article Nominations. My user page tells the story, for the details of Snowspinner's evidence, take a look at [[1] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Orthogonal/Avala_evidence)].
- Honestly, whatever you think of me, I only ask that you read that evidence page. It contains Snowspinner's evidence in its entirety, with comments by myself and zocky.
- Snowspinner's "evidence" that Avala deserves punishment includes Avala making perfectly reasonable nominations for Featured Article Candidate, like http://en.wikipedia.org/w/wiki.phtml?title=Plate_tectonics&oldid=4457420. That's the version of it when he nominated it. That version has a map, a very good diagram, and is a good article. The article's peroration is perhaps slightly purple in its prose, but nothing worse than what you'd see in a popular science book, and one could even argue this makes it a better FAC candidate, as it's more accessible to lay persons.

Avala, everyone has the right to their opinion, and no one is disputing that. But there's a line between stating that opinion, and going into outright personal abuse. European cities with alternative names
Avala,
A number of times, when adding the Serbian name to this list, you have taken the liberty to also modify a previously entered name in ANOTHER language. For example, on 11 May 2004, you entered the Serbian name for Lausanne, as "Lozana", and simultaneously altered the previously entered Polish name for "Lausanne" from the correct "Lozanna" to the incorrect "Lozana". Thanks to you, the Polish name for "Lausanne" has been listed incorrectly until yesterday, when Gdabski corrected it back to "Lozanna". I'm not sure how many times you've done this, but certainly more than once. Some of these false edits may still be out there. In my opinion, this amounts to vandalism. Please refrain from correcting names in languages you do not know.

Hi Avala,
I read your answer. Yes, I understand your explanation and I accept that you had good intentions. And you are right: "vandalism" is a strong word. However, I have noticed you have done similar things repeatedly. My point is that we need to be very careful about the spelling of languages we are not very familiar with. A difference in spelling that may not be significant in one language may well be very important in another one. That's all. Having said that, we can certainly remain friends.

Districts of Serbia
I noticed that there is little linking between the city pages and their districts. For example, I had to amend Sabac and Zrenjanin to say that they are administrative centers of their districts. Thanks for the link to the branex.co.yu map, it's a pretty good reference (although it's in the wrong format, JPEG, so it has lossy remnants; it should have been a PNG). Arbitration matter of Avala is closed
Remedies:
1) The above findings of fact show that Avala has often worked against consensus and majority opinion. We therefore rule that Avala must follow the majority opinion of the users involved concerning any controversial edits that Avala makes. One specific consequence is that violations of the three revert rule are not permitted. This probation period will last for one month.
2) For a period of 3 months, should a serious dispute arise between Avala and other users with respect to editing of an article Avala is required to cite substantial authority supporting the position he is taking and either enter the dispute resolution process regarding the matter or drop the matter. A serious dispute is defined as one in which any party to the dispute has reverted the other 3 times or more. After Avala makes his third revert he shall cease editing the article with respect to the disputed matter until completion of the dispute resolution process. Resolution of the dispute in his favor shall require verification that the authority cited adequately supports the information he advocates including in the article. With respect to matters of taste such as size of templates he is required to defer to majority opinion.
3) Given the fact that Avala is now editing at a low rate, we reserve the right to revisit the conduct issue of this user once/if Avala starts to edit at an increased rate again and other users complain about Avala's conduct. This probation would last one year.

Article Licensing
Hi, I've started a drive to get users to multi-license all of their contributions that they've made to either (1) all U.S. state, county, and city articles or (2) all articles, using the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike (CC-by-sa) v1.0 and v2.0 Licenses or into the public domain if they prefer. The CC-by-sa license is a true free documentation license that is similar to Wikipedia's license, the GFDL, but it allows other projects, such as WikiTravel, to use our articles. Since you are among the top 1000 Wikipedians by edits, I was wondering if you would be willing to multi-license all of your contributions or at minimum those on the geographic articles. Over 90% of people asked have agreed. For More Information:

To allow us to track those users who muli-license their contributions, many users copy and paste the "{{DualLicenseWithCC-BySA-Dual}}" template into their user page, but there are other options at Template messages/User namespace. The following examples could also copied and pasted into your user page:
