Helen Scott MA Oxford, BCL Oxford, BA LLB Cape Town, Fellow in Law at Trinity College.
Her research interests fall chiefly within the law of obligations and Civilian legal history. She has assisted in the translation of several Roman-Dutch legal texts, and is currently writing a comparative DPhil thesis on the restitution of mistaken payments, with emphasis on the Roman origins and theoretical structure of the South African law of unjustified enrichment.
