First, about the handle. Teufelhund means "devil dog" in German. It is a nickname for Marines in the United States Marine Corps; it's what the Germans called the Marines after the Battle of Belleau Wood. Anyway, Semper Fi!

Work:
I've worked for 15 years in state government, both as a child abuse investigator and with the developmentally disabled/mentally retarded. Currently working in a state institution with DD/MR individuals accused of crimes and committed to the insitution for treatment in a secure, structured setting.
Other Stuff:
Married with 3 children, read, write, and shoot in my free time. I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and am interested in religious topics. I'm also a Labor union activist, so the history of labor and labor issues are also of interest.
