About me
My passport catalogs me as Salvatore Bonavita, an Italian from Naples (Italian: Napoli) the largest city in southern Italy and capital of the region of Campania.
I am currently living in Spain, more specifically in Santiago de Compostela, the capital of the autonomous community of Galicia. Interestingly, prior to Christopher Columbus's voyage of 1492, it was considered the edge of the known world, the Finis Terrae in Latin, Finisterre in Spanish and Fisterra in Galician.
I have also lived in Miami, Florida, in the United States and in the city of Caracas, capital of Venezuela.
Languages
Currently, I can communicate in Italian, Castellano (Internationally known as Spanish), English, Galician (Spanish Gallego) and Neapolitan (Italian Napoletano).
I'm trying to also master the Japanese language (Japanese: 日本語). A challenge which i have generally been unsuccessful to conquer yet.
Interests
Most topics regarding computers in general and networking prove to be stimulating. I greatly enjoy reading and learning about history of mostly any topic and kind. I have also a keen interest on language and linguistics.
I find pleasure while oogling at most types of art, watching movies, reading books and playing video games. I also enjoy playing pen & paper role playing games, specifically Vampire: The Masquerade and Dungeons & Dragons. I like to travel as much as monetarily possible.
