User:Mjklin/Mark's Experience of Conversation in China

A visitor to China will note that conversations with students are characterized by:
- excessive excitement on the part of the students
- asking questions and then not paying attention to the answers (presumably they were just elated at having the chance to ask)
- vague questions (e.g., "Do you have some pronunciation?")
- repetitive and monotonous questions (e.g., "What sports do you like?", "What foods do you like," etc.)
