Hi, I'm Garnett T. I'm a Canadian citizen, currently living in Calgary, Alberta. Wikipedia is one of my hobbies, so that's why I'm here. I'm also a member of The Doom Wiki (http://doom.wikicities.com/), and my page for it can be found here (http://doom.wikicities.com/index.php/User:Insomniak).
I was born March 28, 1986, that makes me an Aries born in the year of the Tiger. I'm a RHETI Type 6 if you realy want to know. I'm a fairly open minded person, an athiest, heterosexual, and generally an easy going guy. I like spicy food, seafood, and large breakfasts. I also like Metroid, Doom, and sleeping.
Music is one of my passions, and I plan to make it a career someday in Recording Engineering. I consider myself to be a talanted, self-taught guitarist, even though I cannot read standard musical notation and have almost no understanding of theory (my talent may be hereditary). I'm also teaching myself keyboards, harmonica, and beat matching. My taste in recorded music varies greatly, but due to excessive repitition, I no longer listen to classic rock. Currently, I enjoy electronic music, especially "Intelligent Dance Music", Industrial music, Electronic Body Music, and Ambient music.
Favorite bands and artists of mine include Aphex Twin, Autechre, Boards of Canada, Bob Dylan, Miles Davis, Nine Inch Nails, Skinny Puppy, Squarepusher, The KLF, Venetian Snares, and Wilco.

Things I Like
I insist that every Wikipedia article to closly resemble something I would expect to see in a professional encyclopedia (Britannica, for example), therefore I adhere to the following while writing and editing:
- Neutral POV, I'm strict on this one. I don't like opinonated articles.
- Pictures, to help effectivly communicate ideas. Even better if they're in the Wikimedia Commons.
Things I Dislike
- "You"; when the Wikipedia is talking to a person. Breaks POV and personalizes an article.
- Vandalism; I can't stand to see an institution like this degraded in any way.
- Aesthetically unplesent articles, where paragraphs need to be combined or reworded.
