Hi,
I am an Electrical Engineer living in Tampa, Florida, and working at a large defense company in St. Petersburg. I am married, and have three daughters. I am a zealot for the Sugarbusters! diet, and have lost 50lbs using those principles. I am also a horrible Republican, who reads Ann Coulter. I often like to look at NPOV-challenged articles, where secondary activist sources imagine they are primary players, and make pronouncements which are not statements.
I hold a M.S.E.E. (91) from the University of South Florida, I have most of a history degree, and a chunk of philosophy coursework. I also hold an Associates in Anthropology from Miami Dade Community College.
I am a avid gamer, playing Everquest and table top games such as Warhammer 40k. I used to play a lot of Traveller and Dungeons and Dragons. I am also a Ham radio operator, and spend a lot of time monkeying around with electronics when not monkeying around with them at work.
I also fish, I like cruising or sailing, and I enjoy being outside camping. My wife however only likes fishing when I bait the hook, likes cruising where they have a midnight buffet, and camping to her is staying at Holiday Inn.
I am a high school drop out. When I was a performance artist, I had once had my foot-and-a-half long hair shaved to my skull while me and the band played along to the electric razors we thoughtfully miked.
I am new to wikipedia but I have always enjoyed reading the encyclopedia. Really! I have! I enjoy pulling a random volume off the shelf and turning to a random page. My favorite is the Encyclopedia Britannica from 1964.
