Welcome to my user page. My name is Chris Hagar and I live in the state of Massachusetts in the federated republic of the United States. My activity in this sort of enterprise began on Everything2 (http://www.everything2.com) but, when there, I was exclusively interested in factual, encyclopedic articles and was most annoyed with the increase in creative writing, position statements, the inability to correct the mistakes of other writeups, and so forth.
I am interested in all manner of things and I am especially knowledgeable in technology and computing, as well as government and all manner of systems, but I have a working knowledge in areas as diverse as philosophy and chemistry and I have an excellent eye for logical fallacy, rhetorical nonsense, and dictional and grammatical infirmity.
I have not spent much time putting information on this user page, as I usually edit articles and so forth if I am spending time on Wikipedia. So, feel free to give me advice on what to add, or even add it yourself if it's not too mean.
Cheers;
