Blacklite (born March 11, 1984 in Edmonton, Alberta) is a Canadian who wanders about the Earth generally enjoying himself and attempting to learn what the hell is going on. At one time, he was a student in Space and Communication Sciences at York University in Toronto, but he has since moved on (read: hated it and did horribly.) He doesn't spend very much time in any one city, but is currently stuck in Edmonton. He is planning to get the hell out of there soon and move to Vancouver, and perhaps eventually attend the University of British Columbia if all goes well.
Blacklite has been going by this name since mid-2000, having chosen it for the name of a character on LambdaMOO. He is interested in just about everything, and so Wikipedia has been rather fun for him to work on. His main goal in life is to experience as much as possible.
He aspires to travel to another planet, but currently is thinking of settling for a career in journalism or foreign affairs or something like that. He rather admires Pierre Elliott Trudeau, and someday would quite enjoy being a controversial Prime Minister of Canada who drives a Mercedes and has sexy girlfriends.
