Hi. I'm an adjunct professor of anthropology at Hawaii Pacific University. I have a BA in anthropology from Reed College and an MA and Ph.D. in anthropology from the University of Chicago (technically, I just have an MA -- although I've defended my Ph.D. I won't officially graduate until the fall). My speciality is mining and indigenous people in Papua New Guinea. I'm interested in intellectual history and use wikipedia a lot, so I figured I'd help out.
