University of Nottingham Medical School at Derby

The University of Nottingham Medical School at Derby was opened in September 2003 by Dr John Reid, the Secretary of State for Health. It is part of the University of Nottingham and is located in the nearby city of Derby in the East Midlands. It offers a four-year graduate entry medical course (initially for 90 students).
The medical school is attached to Derby City General Hospital and consists of a Medical School Building and a Clinical Sciences Building.
