USS Wright

Two ships of the United States Navy have been named USS Wright, the first named for Orville Wright, and second honoring both him and his brother Wilbur.
- The first Wright (AV-1) was originally launched in 1920 an airship tender AZ-1, then converted to a seaplane tender and in use as such until 1944, then converted to the headquarters ship AG-79, renamed to San Clemente in 1945, and scrapped in 1946.
- The second Wright (CVL-49) was a light aircraft carrier commissioned in 1947, converted to a command ship and recommissioned as CC-2 in 1962, and decommissioned in 1970.
