Four ships of the United States Navy have been named USS Annapolis, after the city of Annapolis, Maryland, home of the United States Naval Academy.
- The first Annapolis (PG-10) was a gunboat commissioned in 1897 and in periodic service until 1919, then used as a training ship until 1940.
- The second Annapolis (PF-15) was a patrol vessel in service from 1944 to 1946, and sold to Mexico in 1947.
- The escort aircraft carrier Gilbert Islands (CVE-107) was converted to a communications relay ship and renamed Annapolis (AGMR-1) in 1963, serving in that role for several years.
- The fourth Annapolis (SSN-760) is a Los Angeles-class attack submarine commissioned in 1992 and on active service as of 2004.
