Tustin Foothills is a census-designated place and unincorporated community located in Orange County, California. As of the 2000 census, the CDP had a total population of 24,044.

Geography
Tustin Foothills is located at 33°45'54" North, 117°47'57" West (33.765117, -117.799268)Template:GR.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 17.4 km² (6.7 mi²). 17.4 km² (6.7 mi²) of it is land and none of it is covered by water.
Demographics
As of the censusTemplate:GR of 2000, there are 24,044 people, 8,269 households, and 6,945 families residing in the CDP. The population density is 1,385.6/km² (3,590.5/mi²). There are 8,417 housing units at an average density of 485.0/km² (1,256.9/mi²). The racial makeup of the CDP is 86.80% White, 0.56% African American, 0.36% Native American, 7.05% Asian, 0.13% Pacific Islander, 2.62% from other races, and 2.48% from two or more races. 8.47% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There are 8,269 households out of which 34.9% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 74.2% are married couples living together, 7.0% have a female householder with no husband present, and 16.0% are non-families. 11.9% of all households are made up of individuals and 6.7% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.89 and the average family size is 3.12.
In the CDP the population is spread out with 25.0% under the age of 18, 5.4% from 18 to 24, 24.6% from 25 to 44, 28.2% from 45 to 64, and 16.8% who are 65 years of age or older. The median age is 42 years. For every 100 females there are 96.6 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there are 94.4 males.
The median income for a household in the CDP is $96,230, and the median income for a family is $103,257. Males have a median income of $71,688 versus $42,785 for females. The per capita income for the CDP is $42,656. 3.3% of the population and 2.2% of families are below the poverty line. Education
Primary and secondary education is overseen by the Tustin Unified School District, which also serves the incorporated City of Tustin.
