Timmy Gatling, American musician, was an original member of the swingbeat threesome Guy. After he left the group for his own production and recording career, he carried on with producing for other artists and groups. He found the time to release his only album Help! in 1991. Since the early '90s, very little has ever been heard from him or known about him after that. That is, other than the fact that he helped out penning songs for others like Bell Biv DeVoe. In early 2000 Timmy Gatling formed a trio by the name SURREEL, Danny G, V-McGill and Craig McLaughlan. Since then Danny G. has left Timmy's group but production for SURREEL's album is still active.
