The Hooters

The Hooters are an American band from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. They were formed in 1980. On July 13 1985 the band performed at the Philadelphian Live Aid event, achieving international recognition for the first time. Eric Bazilian and Rob Hyman performed on albums with Cyndi Lauper in 1983 and 1993 and, in 1996, the Hooters covered the song "Time After Time" which Lauper co-wrote with Hyman.
