In the fictional Star Trek, Talos IV is the fourth planet of the Talos System; inhabited by the Talosians.
The Cage
In The Cage (1964), Talos IV was visited by the USS Enterprise (NCC-1701) under the command of Captain Pike after receiving a distress call from the SS Columbia. The only survivor of the crash was Vina, a human female. The Federation later imposed General Order 7 upon the Talos System, preventing anyone from ever approaching the planet under penalty of death.
The Menagerie
Talos was visited again by the Enterprise, while commandeered by Spock. in The Menagerie,
