It seems to me that the "Fundamentals of public speaking" are mainly just someone's opinion. Whose? --LMS

I agree that Oratory and Public speaking should be merged, but I believe the article should be located at the former address. I don't mind the occasional colloquialism, but this crosses the line. This is supposed to be an encyclopedia, not some informal FAQ site. (If it matters, I'm a speechwriter by profession.) I'll solicit other opinions before taking action.
