Need Pictures
Hello People we need GPLed pictures of Pune for this article.
The traffic stuation in Pune is chaotic and we all need to do something.Any suggestions?
The road conditions need due attention.
The growth in the vehicle population is not sustainable. We need to have control on the production of vehicles.
What we need is good public transport. Trains won't work and buses aren't enough, a two-wheeler is the best. The perimeters need to be better connected, all-in-all just another city.
Pune and Poona
It seems odd that this page [was] located at "Poona," mainly because hardly anyone uses this spelling though the name itself shares currency (perhaps more so than Pune) in spoken language. Simply put, Google, for instance, has over 500,000 hits for "Pune" and only 60,000 for "Poona." I am moving the page. --LordSuryaofShropshire 22:32, Jul 19, 2004 (UTC)
