Szechuan hotpot

Hotpot is a Szechuan dish which originated in Chongqing, and spread from chongqing to sichuan. After 1980 many famous varieties of chongqing hotpot came to the need of peoples' increasely varient tastes. Szechuan hotpots are generally spicier than the Cantonese variety.
