Swadlincote

Template:GBdot Swadlincote is a town in southern Derbyshire, England. It is the main town in the district of South Derbyshire.
It is on the A511 between Burton-upon-Trent in Staffordshire and Ashby-de-la-Zouch in Leicestershire.
The name "Swadlincote" derives from the Anglo-Saxon "Swartlings Cotta's"; Swartling being an Anglo-Saxon mans name and Cotta's meaning; Cottages.
