2002 Suzuki SV650
The Suzuki SV650 motorcycle was introduced in 1999 as Suzuki's low end entry in the emerging naked bike market and met with immediate success. With a reasonable MSRP of $5799 in the US, the bike provides a sporty but not extreme ride for the money, and it is appreciated both by experienced and beginner riders. Two versions are being produced, a naked SV650 with no bodywork and the SV650S with a small fairing and lower bars for a more sporty ride. The bike is very popular with amateur racers due to its low cost and relative simplicity. The SV650 has a big brother in the form of the SV1000. In 2003 the SV650 was redesigned with a new frame and fuel injection.
