St. Olaf is a city located in Clayton County, Iowa. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 136. Swiss Valley (http://www.swissvalley.com) has a large cheese packaging plant in St. Olaf.

There are 49 households out of which 46.9% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 63.3% are married couples living together, 8.2% have a female householder with no husband present, and 18.4% are non-families. 14.3% of all households are made up of individuals and 14.3% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older.
