St. Ann's School is an independent school in Brooklyn Heights, New York.
St. Ann's School was founded by Stanley Bosworth in 1965. It was originally associated with the Episcopal Church but dissolved these ties in 1982. The school has programs in the arts, humanities, and sciences, but it heavily focuses on the arts. The school has no grades, instead it relies on reports from the teachers. Notable alumni include designer Zac Posen and actress Jennifer Connelly. The school runs from the three's class through twelfth grade. In 2004, Bosworth retired and was replaced by Lawrence S. Weiss. It has a wonderful program for the arts such as:Costume, Printmaking,Figure Drawing,Theater, Puppetry, Playwriting, and many, many more.
