This is a list of battles of the Philippine-American War.
- Battle of Manila (February 4-5, 1899)-American and Filipinos forces clash for the first time.
- Battle of Quingua (April 23,1899)-General Gregorio del Pilar defeats the American Cavalry, but is then routed after an artillery bombardment.
- Battle of Zapote Bridge (June 13, 1899)-Americans route a larger Philippine force, and inflict heavy casualties on the enemy.
- Battle of San Jacinto (November 11, 1899)-General Loyd Wheaton drives Insurgents out of San Jacinto.
- Battle of Tirad Pass (December 2, 1899)-60 Filipino patriots under Gregorio del Pilar fight off an attack of 500 U.S. Infantry for 5 hours, before nearly all are killed.
- Battle of Paye, (December 19, 1899)-General Licerio Geronimo routes a brigade under General Henry Lawton, in which Lawton is killed.
- Seige of Catubig (April 15, 1900)-Filipino guerillas launch a surprise attack against a detachment of American soldiers, and after a four day seige force them to evacuate the town.
- Battle of Makahambus (June 4, 1900)-Filipinos route an Americans regiment and inflict heavy casualties, but take less than 5.
- Battle of Pulang Lupa (September 13, 1900)-40 Filipino resistance fighters under Colonel Maximo Abad ambush 100 Americans and kill, wound, or capture all of them.
- Battle of Mabitac (September 17, 1900)-Filipino forces overpower American soldiers.
- Lonoy Massacre (March, 1901)-U.S. Infantryman launch a surprise attack on Bohol natives and kill over 400.
- Balangiga Massacre (September 28,1901)-Over 50 Americans are killed in an ambush in the most infamous incident of the war.
- Massacre at Dolores (1904)-47 Constabulary Scouts ambushed and and nearly all killed, after an ambush by 1,000 pulajans.
- Battle of Bud Dajo (March 5-7, 1906)-One-thousand Moros fortify themselves in an extinct volcanic crater and battle a large number of American soldiers for days, before virtually all are anihilated.
