Sauda is a municipality and town in the county of Rogaland, Norway.
A road along the ocean-side called Stripå (The Strip) is an attraction for youngsters, driving fast for no particular reason. These juveniles are by the locals referred to as Rånerar, people who simply loves to ride their car and show off.
