The racial makeup of the CDP is 97.13% White, 0.33% African American, 0.33% Native American, 0.82% Asian, 0.08% Pacific Islander, 0.14% from other races, and 1.17% from two or more races. 1.76% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There are 1,953 households out of which 25.6% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 68.7% are married couples living together, 5.5% have a female householder with no husband present, and 22.6% are non-families. 16.7% of all households are made up of individuals and 6.5% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.50 and the average family size is 2.79.
