Ruslan Nigmatullin (born July 10, 1974 in in Naberezhnye Chelny (Yar Çallı), Tatarstan, Russia) is a football goalkeeper. He has appeared over 20 times for the Russian national team and was their starting keeper at the 2002 World Cup.
