Robert Thibault (born September 29, 1959 in Digby, Nova Scotia) is a Canadian politician.
Thibault is a current member of the Liberal Party of Canada in the Canadian House of Commons, representing the riding of West Nova since 2000. He is a former municipal administrator. Thibault and was Minister of Fisheries and Oceans from 2002-2003, and Minister of State (Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency) from 2001 to 2002. He served as a municipal councillor in Clare, Nova Scotia from 1988 to 2001.
