Robert Sargent Shriver III

Robert Sargent Shriver III (born April 28, 1954), nicknamed Bobby Shriver, is a Yale Law School graduate and former part-owner of Baltimore Orioles. He is part of the Kennedy family. His mother is Eunice Mary Kennedy and his father is (Robert) Sargent Shriver, Jr.
A resident of Santa Monica, California, Shriver is an attorney and President of RSS Inc., a Beverly Hills music, film and philanthrophic company.
He started in television production in 1987, producing a prime-time feature of the Special Olympics. This and subsequent productions have raised in excess of $55 million for the Special Olympics program for disabled young people.
His brother-in-law Arnold Schwarzenegger, the Governor of California reappointed him to State Park and Recreation Commission overseeing California's parks and gardens. He was first appointed by Governor Gray Davis. In November 2004 ran for and won a seat on the Santa Monica City Council.
He is now well known for co-founding the organization Debt AIDS Trade in Africa (DATA) with U2 lead singer Bono.
