Ripon is a town located in Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin. As of the 2000 census, the town had a total population of 2,001. The City of Ripon is located within the town.
Geography
According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 82.8 km² (32.0 mi²). 82.4 km² (31.8 mi²) of it is land and 0.4 km² (0.2 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 0.47% water.Demographics

The racial makeup of the town is 96.75% White, 0.75% Black or African American, 0.40% Native American, 0.65% Asian, 0.10% Pacific Islander, 0.50% from other races, and 0.85% from two or more races. 2.30% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
