Renault 7
|
The Renault 7 was a four-door sedan version of the Renault 5 small car, produced in Spain until the mid-1980s.
It was very similar to the Renault 5, being identical mechanically (but offered with a smaller range of engines). It had a saloon-style boot in place of the original R5's hatchback. Most would argue this makes the car look very strange indeed! The car was generally sold in Spain and its associated colonies. In fact, a good place to see a Renault 7 would be Tenerife, where the good climate has preserved many older cars.
