Ragnvald A. Nestos

Ragnvald Anderson Nestos (April 12, 1877–July 15, 1942) was the governor of the U.S. state of North Dakota from 1921 through 1925. He was a Republican. He gained office when Governor Lynn Frazier was defeated in first successful attempt to recall a governor in U.S. history.
He immigrated from Norway as a teenager and spoke no English at the time.
