Quincy is a town located in Adams County in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. As of the 2000 census, the town had a total population of 1,181.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 102.6 km² (39.6 mi²). 85.0 km² (32.8 mi²) of it is land and 17.7 km² (6.8 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 17.21% water.

As of the census2 of 2000, there are 1,181 people, 569 households, and 361 families residing in the town. The population density is 13.9/km² (36.0/mi²). The racial makeup of the town is 98.73% White, 0.08% African American, 0.34% Native American, 0.08% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.25% from other races, and 0.51% from two or more races. 0.76% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
