Port Mansfield is a census-designated place located in Willacy County, Texas. As of the 2000 census, the CDP had a total population of 415.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 14.8 km² (5.7 mi²). 13.5 km² (5.2 mi²) of it is land and 1.3 km² (0.5 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 8.76% water.
Demographics
As of the censusTemplate:GR of 2000, there are 415 people, 187 households, and 137 families residing in the CDP. The population density is 30.8/km² (79.6/mi²). There are 563 housing units at an average density of 41.7/km² (108.0/mi²). The racial makeup of the CDP is 93.01% White, 0.00% African American, 0.96% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 4.58% from other races, and 1.45% from two or more races. 14.22% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
