Playdium is a Canadian company with an amusement park in Mississauga, Ontario. Formerly with locations in downtown Toronto at Richmond and John, West Edmonton Mall in Edmonton, Alberta, Chinook Centre in Calgary, Alberta and Metrotown in Burnaby, British Columbia. The park features go-kart tracks, miniature golf courses, sand volleyball courts, rock climbing walls, pitching and batting practice areas, and virtual reality video arcades.

In January 2005, Playdium closed down its Burnaby Location. This is due to increased rents and failure to update their arcade machines. Additionally, to stay on the legal path, they only used legally (locally) licensed machines, and thus most of the games are consider old versions, and became unpopular with many of those who visit them. Additionally, with the much advance in console and PC games, this made many games in Playdium redundent, and combined together forced its closure.
