Pinch

Pinch has several meanings:
- a pinch is a very small amount of an ingredient, typically salt or spice
- in ice hockey, a pinch is when a defenseman sneaks in closer to the opposing goal to add extra firepower deep in the offensive zone.
- a pinch can mean "pinching someone" (i.e. using two fingers to grab someone's skin), and also the phrase "a pinch and a punch for the first day of the month".
