Paul Zed

Paul Zed (born December 31, 1956 in Toronto, Ontario) is a Canadian politician.
Zed is a current member of the Liberal Party of Canada in the Canadian House of Commons. He represented the riding of Fundy—Royal, New Brunswick from 1993 to 1997 when he was defeated. He was re-elected in 2004 from the riding of Saint John. Zed’s professions include barrister and solicitor, lawyer, and professor. He is a former Parliamentary Secretary to the Leader of the Government in the House of Commons.
Zed is related to the New Brunswick's powerful Irving family through his wife, Judith Irving Zed, the granddaughter of K.C. Irving.
