Patrick Leclercq (born 1938) was the Minister of State of Monaco (head of government). He was appointed on January 5, 2000, replacing Michel Lévêque. Previously he served as French ambassador to Spain.
Leclercq was born in Lille and graduated from Ecole nationale d'administration (ENA). He stepped down on May 1, 2005 and was replaced by Jean-Paul Proust.
