Demographics
As of the censusTemplate:GR of 2000, there are 870 people, 330 households, and 256 families residing in the CDP. The population density is 323.0/km² (838.9/mi²). There are 343 housing units at an average density of 127.3/km² (330.7/mi²). The racial makeup of the CDP is 96.78% White, 0.23% African American, 0.57% Native American, 0.11% Asian, 1.03% from other races, and 1.26% from two or more races. 1.15% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There are 330 households out of which 38.2% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 67.3% are married couples living together, 7.0% have a female householder with no husband present, and 22.4% are non-families. 20.3% of all households are made up of individuals and 9.7% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.64 and the average family size is 3.05.
