Palliser is a federal Canadian electoral district in the province of Saskatchewan. It includes the soutwest quarter of Regina and the rural areas around it. It is represented by Dave Batters of the Conservative Party of Canada. Before the 2004 federal election, it was represented by Dick Proctor of the New Democratic Party. Palliser was created in 1996. It is named in honour of John Palliser, a geographer and explorer of the Canadian west.
