Ottawa is a town located in Waukesha County, Wisconsin. As of the 2000 census, the town had a total population of 3,758.

As of the census2 of 2000, there are 3,758 people, 1,375 households, and 1,112 families residing in the town. The population density is 42.3/km² (109.5/mi²). There are 1,436 housing units at an average density of 16.2/km² (41.8/mi²). The racial makeup of the town is 98.06% White, 0.27% African American, 0.40% Native American, 0.24% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.37% from other races, and 0.67% from two or more races. 0.72% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There are 1,375 households out of which 36.3% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 74.0% are married couples living together, 3.9% have a female householder with no husband present, and 19.1% are non-families. 16.2% of all households are made up of individuals and 9.2% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older.
