Oriskany Falls is a village located in Oneida County, New York in the USA. As of the 2000 census, the village had a total population of 698. The name is derived from a waterfall on a nearby stream.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 1.3 km² (0.5 mi²). 1.3 km² (0.5 mi²) of it is land and none of the area is covered with water.
Demographics
As of the censusTemplate:GR of 2000, there are 698 people, 292 households, and 178 families residing in the village. The population density is 550.0/km² (1,423.1/mi²). There are 334 housing units at an average density of 263.2/km² (681.0/mi²). The racial makeup of the village is 98.14% White, 0.57% African American, 0.00% Native American, 0.29% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.14% from other races, and 0.86% from two or more races. 0.43% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There are 292 households out of which 29.1% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 43.5% are married couples living together, 11.6% have a female householder with no husband present, and 39.0% are non-families. 35.6% of all households are made up of individuals and 22.6% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.37 and the average family size is 3.02.
In the village the population is spread out with 24.6% under the age of 18, 9.2% from 18 to 24, 26.2% from 25 to 44, 21.6% from 45 to 64, and 18.3% who are 65 years of age or older.
