OperServ is typically a Network-Operated bot on certain IRC networks for use by the network's IRC Operators. Part of other Services bots, OperServ is meant to provide quick access to common operator commands such as AKill to k-line undesirable users, diagnostics, and in some cases rearranging the network topography.
