Norman Doyle

Norman E. Doyle (born November 11, 1945 in Avondale, Newfoundland and Labrador) is a Canadian politician.
Doyle, a former member of the Newfoundland and Labrador House of Assembly 1979 to 1993, is currently a member of the Conservative Party in the Canadian House of Commons. He has represented the riding of St. John's East, since 1997. He has also been a member of the Progressive Conservative Party of Canada (1997-2004) Doyle is a former businessman. He is currently the caucus chair of the Conservative Party, and has served as Caucus chair of the Progressive Conservative Party. He has also been the Whip, and Deputy Whip of the Progressive Conservative Party. He has served as critic of Citizenship and Immigration, Labour, Transport, Human Resources Development, and Human Resources and Skill Development.
