The group 15 elements(a.k.a. group VA) are elements in periodic table group 15 in the periodic table. The group is also known as the Nitrogen Group.
The elements are:
- nitrogen
- phosphorus
- arsenic
- antimony
- bismuth
- ununpentium (unconfirmed)
The collective name pnicogens (now also spelt pnictogens) is also sometimes used for elements of this group, with binary compounds being called pnictides: neither term is approved by IUPAC.
