Niels Kaj Jerne

Niels Kaj Jerne (December 23, 1911 - October 7, 1994) was a British-Danish-Swedish (English-born) immunologist. He won a Nobel Prize in Medicine and Physiology in 1984 (shared with Georges J.F. Köhler and César Milstein), "for work on the immune system and the production of monoclonal antibodies".
