Template:GBdot Neston is a small residential town governed by the Ellesmere Port and Neston council. It is situated in south Wirral, Cheshire, England.
Its main attraction is the Ness Botanical Gardens. It has a station on the Bidston to Wrexham line. Neston has a celebrates ladies once a year on Ladies Day. Neston is a former mining town and was also a major port before the river Dee silted up and the port was shifted further upstream to the nearby town of Parkgate.
