Nerul is a node of the city of Navi Mumbai in Maharashtra, India. It has around 50 sectors. It is the biggest residential node in the city of Navi Mumbai.
It is home to a lot of eductional institutes like Ramrao Adik Institute of Technology, Terna Engineering College, Dr. D. Y. Patil Medical College, SIES College of Management Studies, Dr. DY Patil College of Architecture, Dr. D. Y. Patil Engineering College, Dr. D. Y. Patil Dental College, Delhi Public School, St. Augustine's High School and Apeejay School.
Nerul is also known for its unique hillock Brahmagiri that houses the Mata Amritanandamayi Math, Balaji Temple, Swaminarayan Temple and the Little Flower Church.
A major part of the famous Palm Beach Marg passes through Nerul. This has given a big boost to the real estate in the area.
