National Consumers League

The National Consumers League is a non-profit advocacy group acting on behalf of workers and consumers in the United States since the 1890s. The organization claims credit for helping pass the Fair Labor Standards Act which guaranteed a minimum wage.
The causes with which the organization is now involved include internet fraud, privacy, telemarketing, child labor protection, and fire safety.
